The location is stunning, located on the beach and close to common areas and attractions.

The staff is top-class and really engaged in making your stay nice. The room is well-appointed and a great size. There are nice views of the beautiful ocean. The hotel provides good service.

The staff was attentive and provided extra services like turndown service, wake-up calls, all at no additional cost. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to popular attractions such as Tulum, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa Del Carmen, and Cozumel.

I recently stayed at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort for a week-long vacation. The food was exceptional with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The pool options were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the giant hot tub at Ventus Ha. The staff at the pool were friendly and always encouraged us to join in the activities. The private beach was a bonus, although water shoes are recommended due to the rocky shore. Our one-bedroom suite provided ample space and privacy for my family. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience at this resort.

That there was diet beer in the all included, we have people that we like and unfortunately I could not take advantage of a crown light in the stay.

Everything is what I need and want.

It's not all included: they charge the internet (U$ 100 for a week), very small beach and 75% of the chairs could not be used because they were intended for platinum passengers. Beach water isn't blue, it's brown. Administrative staff zero cooperation in solving problems

The beach is too rocky, the main pool being repaired and a restaurant being remodeled, tractors passing by the beach due to the construction of the new buildings of the complex.

Elegant atmosphere, tasty and very very good breakfast with omelets and fruits, for example. Location just next door to different attractions, Puerto Morelos, and the amazing coral reef. Also, close to the Marina.
